The SSE Arena Wembley is the location as the audition rounds continue in the talent contest, hosted by Dermot O’Leary. Judges Robbie Williams, Ayda Williams, Louis Tomlinson and Simon Cowell decide who goes through to the Six Chair Challenge, before the competition really heats up later in the year with the live shows.

The search for a new music superstar heats up as the auditions continue. Judges Robbie Williams, Ayda Williams, Louis Tomlinson and Simon Cowell audition more hopefuls at the SSE Arena in Wembley. They are joined by Dermot O’Leary, who will be on hand to guide viewers and contestants alike through their X Factor journey, providing them with a word of advice or a much-needed hug as the contestants perform in front of the judging panel.

The Six Chair Challenge returns, promising amazing performances alongside agonising decisions for judges Robbie Williams, Ayda Williams, Louis Tomlinson and Simon Cowell, as they must each decide on the acts they will take through to their Judges' House. However, this year each judge has a golden button, which guarantees one act in their line-up a place in the final six, meaning that once they have a seat, they cannot be swapped out. Presented by Dermot O'Leary.

Dermot O'Leary hosts the second of the three Six Chair Challenge episodes, in which the acts perform individually before the judges choose who will be selected for the next stage. However, even if a contender is selected to go through to the next stage, the judges are free to change their minds and ditch them if a more promising alternative comes along later in the show.

The remaining 24 acts jet off to the Judges' Houses stage. Offering a glimpse into the jetset lifestyle that the winner could have, the contestants travel to glamorous destinations across the world, and with just one more chance to impress their mentor, each act will be hoping to convince them that they have the star quality required to reach the live shows.

The competition reaches its next stage as the remaining acts jet off to the Judges' Houses, where they have a final chance to make a good impression.
Each of the acts will need to show their adaptability as well as singing talent in order to survive another week in the competition.
