In the show, participants form teams to earn as many points as possible during games and challenges. Any contestant on the winning team at the end of the month stands a chance of winning €100,000, but there can only be one ultimate winner of this prize; ultimately, they must compete against one another. Participants on the worst-performing team at the end of the month risk being sent home empty-handed. Consequently, two contestants are eliminated each month, but two new faces join the group to replace them.

Next up is the knowledge challenge. Who knows the most? Joshlyn proved to be the sharpest, followed by Sigourney. Sem is quite pleased that he didn’t earn any points, but also didn’t lose any. Not everyone in his alliance, however, shares that sentiment. Lisanne receives a visit from her mother, sister, two friends, and her loyal four legged companion. The conversation keeps circling back to one person: Sem what exactly is going on with him? The question of who has a crush on whom remains a hot topic. Is it Sem, Dylan, and Marjolein or perhaps Lisanne? This becomes the subject of discussion in the sauna, where the atmosphere at least for this cycle is reminiscent of the romantic intrigues found on "The Love Boat".

The messages received by the 'Snakes' compared to those of the other alliance are exceptionally abundant and truly top tier. The question "Who is the ultimate ally?" appears on the big screen. Each alliance is asked to nominate one of its own members for this title. Without knowing the exact implications, a choice must be made from four candidates. Subsequently, an exchange of allies takes place: Patrick swaps with Younes, Joshlyn swaps with Demi, and Sigourney swaps with Dylan. Sem seems to share a special connection with every woman. Duel challenge: Vultures (Anna Mae) versus Sharks (Sayf) in the music category, worth 100 points. We won't see the outcome until tomorrow.

And now, on to the challenging duel between the Vultures and the Sharks a duel in which the clueless party loses once again. Sem is apparently sending the wrong signals to some of the girls, though Sem claims that’s not the case. The Vultures have once again received inside information. In the upcoming challenge, you must "portray characters" a term that allows for a broad interpretation. Sem is walking around dressed as a sexy girl, wearing one of the girls' tops pulled down low. This acting out and guessing game serves as a challenge to earn points. The Vultures are fully aware of their objective; the person who excels at this will earn 250 points. Meanwhile, the Foxes will, for the first time, sabotage one of the alliances an action that immediately costs them 50 points.

Moving on to the earning challenge but who is being excluded? That would be the Vultures; they have to sit and watch, and they also receive a penalty of -50 points. And who came out on top? The Sharks and, lo and behold, the Sharks are now out of the negative in the rankings. Sem clearly struggles with handling criticism, choosing to withdraw instead. His allies find this behavior childish, and it leaves them quite surprised. Sem receives advice from his friends regarding relationships and flirting, specifically concerning his interactions with Lisanne. The Vultures are once again granted inside information, and the earning challenge centers on balance. Since the course doesn't fit inside the Media Room, the other alliances are required to stay in their own rooms for half an hour so the Vultures can practice. The earning challenge demands both cooperation and balance.

As for the balancing challenge: who will perform best? There are also an additional 100 points to be earned for correctly predicting the final ranking. The Sharks receive -50 points, while the Snakes, Foxes, and Vultures get 250 points plus those 100 points for a correct prediction. This represents a significant comeback in the standings, moving them from third to second place. Sem needs to be careful not to share all the information he gained from his prior knowledge neither before nor after the game has been played. In the evening, the dating show takes place, featuring none other than Sem and Marjolein. The question remains: who will they end up going on a date with?

There are 15 suitcases, but what exactly is the goal? Who can keep the best poker face? One of these suitcases contains €5,000.00. You now have one hour to figure out who has the €5,000.00 in their suitcase. Identifying this person and determining how many other people the money must be shared with are crucial steps. In this case, it’s Joshlyn, along with five other individuals, with whom the money will be split. Although Dylan didn’t win a cash prize, he did secure something valuable: a date with Marjolein.

Dylan continues working on an invitation for his date and tells Anna Mae about the plans for the evening. Marjolein, however, has absolutely no interest in him a fact that completely escapes his notice. Meanwhile, Sigourney is disappointed by how easily she can be replaced. It’s date night for Sem and Dylan, but are Kimberley and Marjolein involved as well? Will Marjolein tell him that she isn’t interested in him? The Vultures receive inside information in the form of "emoji titles." Younes must keep this information confidential especially if Patrick asks about it. Deciphering these images serves as a knowledge based challenge.

The knowledge challenge continues with 15 diverse descriptions, presented using emojis. The goal is to decipher as many items as possible. The Snakes are excluded, resulting in a 50 point deduction. Younes earns 250 points, while Joshlyn as is typical becomes grumpy when she doesn't win. Dear Vultures, you will receive advance information for a challenge that will be judged by a jury: you are to prepare Dries Roelvink’s meatball, along with a "stamppot" (traditional Dutch mashed vegetable dish), both of which you must make entirely from scratch. And there’s music by Dries Roelvink oh yeah, here I come! The housemates pay attention to each other’s appearance, which includes the application of that pesky self tanning cream.

Next, a challenge duel takes place between the Sharks (Angela) and the Snakes (Demi) in the category of history, with 100 points at stake. The person with the most points after the task wins. Demi receives 100 points from the Sharks, pushing the Sharks back into negative territory. Taste and presentation serve as the judging criteria for this challenge. The residents have 90 minutes to prepare a tasty, authentically Dutch meatball and a delicious "stamppot" (traditional mashed vegetable dish). Dries Roelvink known as the man in the yellow swim trunks then arrives to judge the dishes. Ultimately, it is determined which meatball takes the victory, with the final ranking placing the Vultures, Snakes, Sharks, and the top-performing Foxes in order.

Group challenge for Halloween: participants can earn music, outfits, and spooky drinks. The objective is to avoid being spotted by the camera; once this challenge is completed, the task is considered a success. Who will draw the short straw? All participants wear blindfolds; whenever someone is touched, they must remove their blindfold and place a "superpower" into a container. The team that loses its superpower is determined by a tug-of-war contest involving a weight, which must be kept off the ground for as long as possible. It’s the Sharks versus the Vultures let the battle begin. At this point, a compromise is reached between the Foxes and the Sharks, with both sides finding common ground through mutual concessions.

And now, let’s see who will be in the ‘macho’ group for the next cycle. Sharks, you’re getting some inside information: it involves throwing beanbags. But tonight, there’s no room for a generation gap. It’s ‘spooky time,’ and everyone is going wild. The Vultures are terrified that they’ll be excluded and that’s a very real possibility. Spatial awareness and wisdom this is a challenge where you can earn points. You need to provide the right answers and have good aim. In the end, they exclude the Vultures, so the Vultures get a -50 penalty.
